OFFICE SPACE

EPIC offers space for production teams and companies and office accommodation for existing or new companies. Incubator facilities are available for Creative Industry Start-Ups. The centre offers a high level of broadband connectivity, instantly available to clients. Services are provided at highly advantageous rates and specialist creative industries business advisors are on hand if required.

Companies using EPIC can be furnished with production offices, either for the period of their shoot or for a longer pre-and post-production period. And remember: vision and audio post facilities are also available on site.

Production space comes served with phones, broadband, and PCs equipped with Office software. If needed, video feeds from the studio floors can be supplied to offices.

Companies already in occupation include network production companies, web animation developers, design studios and online research teams.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Norwich University College of the Arts (NUCA) Film and Video Foundation and Honours Degree courses are based at the Centre. Facilities used for education - including the networked edit stations - are also available for use by other educational and training organisations.

EPIC itself offers a growing list of vocational courses and training events, including editing and camera operation. Training provision includes access to studios, sound post production and over 50 Final Cut Pro edit work stations.

A Video Journalist short course is available for those with some media skills or experience - either as journalists or technicians - seeking to develop a career as a single person news crew. Media handling skills courses are also available for individual or corporate booking.
