CONFERENCES AND EVENTS

The main studio - Studio E - has configurable rostra seating for audiences of 300. Coupled with camera, projection, playback and lighting facilities such as one would expect from a major network production centre, conferences and corporate events here can be expected to go with a swing. The studio floor can also be set banquet style for dinners, presentation and awards evenings. Attractive food and drink can be supplied throughout the building by our specialist in-house caterers, from a number of menus.

EPIC'S state of the art Conference or Screening Theatre is the perfect choice for your company conference or meeting. The room is 25’ square with a high ceiling and all windows have blackout roller blinds.

This room can be set out as a board room with tables as required accommodating approx 20-30 people, or set in cinema style for 30-40 persons.

Our Seminar Presentation room is larger than the Conference Theatre room, and with no external light intrusion makes it ideal for screenings, and power point presentations etc. Room is also equipped with projector, speakers, PC, WIFI. This room can accommodate up to 30 at tables and 40 theatre style. Tables can be moved in when required.
